Biopsy Foam Pads for Cassettes, pack of 1000pcs

The biopsy foam pads are used to retain biopsies, small tissues, cell inserts in cassettes and prevent them from being lost during processing. It can also be used for skin samples or other samples that requires to be kept flat during processing and provide maximum exchange of processing fluids. They are made of a specially formulated foam which is always verified for consistency throughout in order to achieve optimum solvent flow.

Biopsy samples are sandwiched between two foam pads and are placed in cassettes with metal or plastic lids. They will resist temperatures from -40 °C to 121 °C.
