Brain Slicing Matrix Mold

The Brain Matrix is used to prepare sections from specific regions of animal brain tissue. We offer molds for mouse and rat brains in two orientations: coronal sections (perpendicular to the midline) and sagittal sections (parallel to the midline), available in 1 mm and 0.5 mm section thicknesses. Made of high-quality aluminum alloy, the mold features precise dimensions, smooth even cutting slots, and uniform thickness, ensuring highly reproducible sectioning. Custom molds for other species are also available, including monkey, pig, chicken, duck, rabbit, guinea pig, and more.
