IHC-Tek Bone Decalcification Solution, 1000 ml

This special formulated bone decalcification solution is designed to be used for decalcification of fixed bone specimens to be studied by immunohistochemistry (IHC), in situ hybridization (ISH) and TUNEL techniques. It is also the preferred solution for decalcifying bone material for transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The IHC-Tek Bone Decal Solution is exceptionally gentle and it preserves the antigenicity, cellular integrity, DNA and RNA very well. Bone marrow biopsies need overnight and mouse long bones and skull requires 3-6 days for complete decalcification at 37-40 C depending on degree of mineralization and size of specimens. Size: 1000 ml
